Cathy Anderson, a Nashville, TN, native, holds a B.S. in healthcare management and an MBA in project management. As the proprietor of A&E Coaching Group Inc., she specializes in aiding both for-profit and nonprofit leaders in cultivating robust and sustainable organizations. Cathy embarked on her entrepreneurial journey at 23, initially establishing a group home, transitioning it from for-profit to nonprofit status, and founding the Women's Awareness & Empowerment Organization.
Subsequent ventures followed suit. Drawing from her firsthand experience in establishing a group home, Cathy authored "How I Opened a Group Home: With a Little Cash and a Lot of Passion." In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Cathy serves as secretary on the board of the Tennessee Solar Energy Association (TSEA), co-chair of the Tennessee chapter of the Climate Reality Project, board member of H.O.P.E. (Home of Potential and Excellence), and holds a position on the leadership council of the National Small Business Association representing Tennessee. In her leisure time, Cathy indulges in reading and immerses herself in artistic and natural pursuits.
